Head of Expansion Strategy
Don’t let the name fool you, Nicolai is a born and bred New Yorker. During his career Nicolai has worked with Fortune 500 companies and startups in finance, technology and consumer goods. Most recently he helped grow HICKIES from a Kickstarter project into a multinational brand with retail presence in 35 countries. At Lemonsqueeze Nicolai is Head of Expansion Strategy, splitting his time between leading new companies through their US expansion and optimizing operations strategy. He graduated from Middlebury College and holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. Nicolai also speaks German, which means that occasionally he understands a few words of Danish.
