Mads is an award winning graphic designer and he has extensive branding experience from being some of the biggest global agencies. As Head of Creative Direction at Lemonsqueeze we utilize his experience to work on projects ranging from design and creative direction to strategy and innovation brainstorms.

Wether it’s a name change for a client to reach new markets, or an overall re-design of the brand, Mads can help set a team and get the job done.

From the first year of his professional career up to today his iconic work has been recognized by the likes of D&AD, Cannes Lions, Art Directors Club and Creative Circle Award. Additionally, Mads Jakob Poulsen was in 2010 placed on Art Directors Club top 50 list of young designers, making him an ADC Young Gun.

Prior to Lemonsqueeze and running his own studio Mads was Creative Director at global brand agency Siegel+Gale and at Wolff Olins, working with clients such as USA Today, Current TV, Blue Origin, Monster, Asian Art Museum, Belkin, Brooklyn Museum, Microsoft, NBC Universal and the Smithsonian.

He has also worked for a range of Danish clients such as Danish Design Center, Copenhagen Parts, Widex, Copenhagen Pride and the Danish Defence.
